Our residents got their groove on today with a fantastic Zumba class full of energy, smiles, and laughter! 🎶 Movement is medicine, and what better way to stay active than dancing to some upbeat tunes with friends?

A big thank you to our wonderful instructor for bringing such great vibes and getting everyone moving. From gentle steps to bold moves, every resident joined in at their own pace — and the joy was contagious! 💛
