Now has never been a better time to recognise excellence in Leadership in Social Care. With the challenges of the current climate, the sector needs strong leadership more than ever. The Social Care Leadership Awards took the opportunity to showcase excellence in senior leadership in the sector and recognised our very own Managing Director for his work at The Close and across the sector with The Outstanding Society, as an Ambassador with Championing Social Care and as The Thames Valley Care Champion. Richard and Tania were also nominated in the Workforce Development Leaders category though were narrowly pipped to the post!
Prior to the awards the night started with a panel hosted by famed broadcaster and personality Naga Manchetty. Sanjay was invited by organisers to voice his opinions and represent small operators up and down the country.
With the panel and recognition it was a very eventful and exciting evening for all.
